Stop juggling permit dates.
Texas businesses keep a dozen permits, cards and filings current. Miss one and you can lose a sale, a license or a day of business. Xpirius keeps every date in one place and tells you before it is due.
1Take pictures of your current permits. We read the name and the expiry date for you. Or type what you sell, like "beer, cigarettes, lottery and 6 employees," or tap the boxes.
2We build your date list. Each permit shows the rule, the agency and a link. Check the expiry date, or type it in.
3We remind you before it is due. Reminders by email or text, plus rule-change news and storm checklists for your county.

Read my permits
Take a picture of each permit on your wall. An AI service reads the dates. You check each one.
One permit per picture
You confirm every date
We delete your photos after reading them
Take a picture of each permit on your wall. We read the name and the expiration date. You check each one before it goes on your list.
One permit per picture works best. Get close and keep the glare off.
How your photos are handled
One permit per picture works best. Get close, fill the screen and keep the glare off. We send each photo to an AI service (Anthropic) that reads the name and date, and then we throw the photo away. We do not keep it, and Anthropic may keep it for up to 30 days. An AI can misread a date, so check every date against your permit. Only photograph what you need. Privacy Policy · Terms

Rules that change in a disaster
Price gouging
After the governor or the president declares a disaster, "exorbitant or excessive" prices on fuel, food, medicine, lodging, building materials and tools can count as price gouging in Texas.
More
The Attorney General says high prices alone do not prove gouging. Read the AG page before you change prices.
USDA sets SNAP waivers event by event and county by county. Past hot-foods waivers for retailers needed 24 to 36 hours for businesses to update their systems.
More
USDA's Texas page showed no active response when it was last updated September 22, 2026.
Canned meat, dried meat snacks, canned beans, dried pasta and peanut butter.
Charcoal, toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
This is a starting point, not a forecast. The research is old (2005 and 2012) and comes from grocery and big-box data. It says little about ice, fuel or tobacco. Large stores sold out first, so small businesses often see demand later.
We add a rule note only after we confirm it on the agency's own page.
Meet it by Nov 4, 2026
New SNAP stocking standard
USDA now asks for seven different varieties of staple food in each of four staple food categories. The rule took effect July 7, 2026. Businesses must comply no later than November 4, 2026.
More
USDA generally checks at reauthorization or when a business applies. Look at your own USDA letter for your date.
Texas SNAP restrictions on candy and sweetened drinks began April 1, 2026.
More
USDA changed its definition of sweetened drinks on February 25, 2026. Read the current page before you tell customers what is restricted. We could not find an end date on a state or USDA page.
Businesses that sell consumable hemp products must register each location with DSHS every year. The fee is $5,000 per location plus an online processing fee. Buyers must be 21 or older, with an ID check.
More
A TABC permit does not allow hemp sales. This is information about the rules, not a suggestion to sell. A federal limit on hemp THC is reported to start December 11, 2026. We have not confirmed that date in the bill text, so check before you plan around it.

When reminder emails are on, we check your list once each morning, about 9 a.m. Texas time (8 a.m. in winter). If a date on your list is 90, 30 or 7 days away, or due that day, you get one email that morning listing those dates. If a date passes and you have not moved it, you get one more email 1 day later and another 7 days later. Only dates saved to your account count.
Calendar file
A file with four dates for each item: 90 days out, 30 days, 7 days and the due date. Import it into Google Calendar or Outlook and your phone does the reminding.
Saving is not available here. Copy this text into a file named xpirius.csv, then import it.
