Terms of Service

Effective October 20, 2026. Last updated October 20, 2026.

Who we are

Xpirius is a service of Xpirius LLC ("we", "us"), 818 S Padre Island Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78416. Contact email: billing@xpirius.com.

These terms are an agreement between you and Xpirius LLC. If you use Xpirius for a business, you promise you can accept these terms for that business.

These terms apply when you use xpirius.com. If you do not agree, do not use Xpirius.

Information only

Xpirius is general information. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. We are not a law firm, and using Xpirius does not create an attorney-client relationship.

The "Ask Xpirius" box shows our own rule cards that match your words. If AI answers are switched on, it may also show a short answer written by an AI from those same cards, labeled as such. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Always check the agency link before you act.

Rules, fees and dates change and may not fit your business. Check the agency's own page, or ask a licensed attorney, before you act. Xpirius is not affiliated with any government agency. Storm Mode is not emergency instructions: in an emergency, follow local officials and call 911.

You are responsible for your own permits, licenses, trainings and renewals.

Dates that Xpirius suggests are starting points. Check each one against your permit or the agency's notice before you rely on it. Photo reading uses an AI service and can misread a date, a number or a name; you check and confirm every result before it goes on your list. Xpirius does not file, renew or pay anything for you, and it does not monitor any agency's records for your business.

What Xpirius does

  • Lets you list the permits, licenses and trainings your Texas business renews, with the dates you enter, and links to the agency pages.
  • Makes a calendar file you can import into Google Calendar or Outlook.
  • Shows a Storm Mode checklist and a "Rules & News" page with notes about rules.
  • Sends reminder emails and rule-change emails to you, and to up to 3 other people you add (the paid plan).
  • Sends optional text reminders (the paid plan), described below.
  • Reads a photo of a permit with an AI service to suggest its name and date. You confirm every result.
  • Shows headlines from official sources (USDA Food and Nutrition Service, the Federal Register, the National Weather Service and whitehouse.gov). We show the title, source, date and a link. We do not write these headlines, and we do not promise they are complete or on time.

You can use Xpirius without an account. Your list then stays in your browser on that device.

Your responsibilities

Use an email address and phone number you control. Add another person's email address only if that person has agreed to get reminders (for example, your business manager). Enter a mobile number only if it is yours or you are allowed to use it. Do not use Xpirius to send messages to people who have not agreed, and do not try to break, overload or get around the service.

Signing in

There is no password. You enter your email, tick the box to agree to emails from Xpirius about your dates and your account, and we email you a sign-in link. The link works once and runs out after 15 minutes. Signing in keeps you signed in on that browser for up to 30 days, or until you sign out.

Use an email address you control. Do not use someone else's email, and do not try to break, overload or get around the service.

The free account saves one business to your account.

Reminder emails

Reminder emails and rule-change emails are part of the paid plan. When reminders are on, we check your saved list once each morning, about 9 a.m. Texas time (8 a.m. in winter). If a date is 90, 30 or 7 days away, or due that day, we send one email that morning listing those dates. Only dates saved to your account count.

Email can be late, filtered as spam, or lost. Do not rely on Xpirius as your only reminder.

You can stop reminder emails at any time with the link in any reminder email, or with "Stop reminder emails" when signed in. Text reminders are a separate choice, described next.

Text messages

Text messages. Text reminders are an optional part of the paid plan. If you check the separate text-message box and enter your mobile number, you agree that Xpirius LLC may send recurring text reminders to that number about the permit, license and filing dates you enter: 7 days before, on the day, and 1 day after if the date is not marked renewed. We send at most one text a day, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Central time, Monday through Saturday, and never on Sundays. We first send one text to confirm, and reminders start after you reply Y. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing is not required to use Xpirius or to buy anything. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help, or email billing@xpirius.com. Enter only your own number or one you are allowed to use. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reminders are a convenience: you are responsible for knowing and meeting your own deadlines. Xpirius does not give legal advice. See how text reminders work.

Paid plan

Your date list is free. The paid plan adds reminder emails, rule-change emails, the calendar file, permit photos and, if you choose, text reminders.

Price. $9.99 per business per month, or $99 per business per year, plus sales tax where it applies. Tax is calculated at checkout from your business's address.

Free trial. Your first 30 days are free, one trial per account. We take your card when you start the trial and do not charge it during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, we charge your card on the day it ends, and the plan then renews automatically every month or every year (whichever you chose) until you cancel. We email you 7 days before the first charge with the amount, the date and how to cancel.

How to cancel. Sign in, open the menu, choose Email reminders and account, and use Cancel my paid plan. Or email billing@xpirius.com from the email address on your account and we will cancel it within 1 business day. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you cancel later, we make no further charges and the plan keeps working until the end of the time you already paid for.

Pausing. Instead of canceling you can pause for 3 months. During a pause there are no charges and no paid features. The plan restarts by itself after 3 months, and we email you 7 days before it does. You can cancel at any time during a pause.

Businesses. The price is per business. If you add a business, we charge a prorated amount for the rest of the current period. If you remove a business, you get a prorated credit toward your next charge.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, the paid features may stop until the payment is fixed. If it is not fixed, the plan ends.

Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect for your plan. You can cancel before then.

Refunds. If you were charged by mistake or forgot to cancel, email billing@xpirius.com within 7 days of the charge (14 days for a yearly charge) and we will refund that charge. We do not refund time you have already used, except where the law requires it.

Payments. Stripe handles payments. We never see or store your full card number.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why. We do not sell your information. We keep some records after you close your account, such as proof of text-message consent and payment records. The Privacy Policy explains which, why and for how long.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time: sign in, open the menu, choose Email reminders and account, and use "Delete my account." If you have a paid plan or a trial, we cancel it for you first. Deleting removes your account, your businesses and dates, and your permit photos from our server. Some records stay as the Privacy Policy explains, such as text-message consent records and payment records we must keep. The list in your browser stays on that device until you clear it.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, harms the service, or is used to message people who have not agreed. If we end a paid plan for any reason other than your breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

No promises

Xpirius is provided "as is" and "as available." We try to be accurate, but we do not promise that rules, dates, notes, headlines, photo readings or reminders are complete, current, correct or delivered on time. Email and texts can be late, filtered or lost. The service may be down at times. Do not rely on Xpirius as your only way to track a deadline.

Limit of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT TEXAS LAW ALLOWS, XPIRIUS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR FINES, PENALTIES, LOST PERMITS, LOST SALES OR OTHER INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, EVEN IF A DATE, REMINDER, RULE NOTE OR PHOTO READING WAS WRONG, LATE OR NEVER DELIVERED. FOR ANY CLAIM, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some rights under Texas consumer law cannot be given up by agreeing to terms online. Nothing here takes away those rights or limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. We will email account holders at least 14 days before an important change to these terms takes effect, and at least 30 days before a price change on a plan. If you keep using Xpirius after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account.

Texas law

Texas law governs these terms. Any lawsuit about Xpirius must be brought in the state courts located in Nueces County, Texas (or, if federal law requires a federal court, the federal court for Corpus Christi), except where the law gives you another choice. Before filing a claim, please email billing@xpirius.com and give us 30 days to fix the problem.
